Workout:
30 min throwing with Anri and Hair.
3 300s @ 1:1 rest
2 150s as warmup
Notes:
Met Anri, Bridget, Crusty, Hair, Hu, and Katie at a park after work to throw and play spikeball. Then we got Ghareeb.
My right knee is very sore as every day that I've been throwing I've been focusing on wide and low releases outside my knee. Not a motion I'm used to.
The throwing every day is paying off. I feel more control over the disc after just 7 days.
