Workout:

WF Pod with Pawel, Trent, and Yiding

Lifting with Yiding
  Front Squat: 5x45, 5x95, 5x135 - switched to back squatting as my form felt off today
  Back Squat: 5x225, 3x255x2, 3x275x2
  Deadlift: 5x135, 5x225, 3x245x2, 3x255x2 - Yiding was over 300. Ugh I'm behind by a lot.
  Bench: 10x45, 10x95, 5x135x4

Throwing with Yiding/Jeff - My patella tendon is real sore and inflamed from all the throwing and wide pivots I've been doing. Threw with no pivot and or lefty the whole time. Control of the disc is feeling good.

Really don't want to go up to Evanston at 6 am just for WF pod again. Where's Waldo?
