I went to the gym with Haj today. First time lifting in a while.
Warmup - Bike hard for ten minutes
Squats -  5x135, 5x185, 5x205, 5x225
Deadlifts - 5x135, 5x185, 5x205, 5x225
Intensity - 9/10

I did not read today.

Notes:

My muscles were completely dead after that workout
