200 Crunches

Warm-up - 2 hours of rock climbing
Squats: 5x135x2, 3x185, 3x205, 4x235
Deadlifts: 5x135x2, 3x185, 3x205, 3x235
   Limiting factor was grip strength due to rock climbing beforehand.

I did not read today.

Notes:

Slept a lot today. Sleep is good.
